Nina Krewer - Ayurvedic Health Counselor

A woman in a floral dress holding a white flower in a sunlit forest.

Recognized by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA)

Howdy! I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could.

I’ve traveled to many places and studied a wide range of cultures and healing traditions. Along the way, I’ve learned from many inspiring teachers—but when I reflect honestly, my greatest teacher has been my own experience with pain and imbalance. While not the easiest path, it has been the one that shaped me most deeply.

Through that journey, Ayurveda became one of my greatest allies.

Ayurveda, often translated as “The Science of Life,” is a gentle, holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Its focus is simple but profound: restoring balance between body, mind, and spirit. This state of balance is our original design—but modern life often pulls us away from it.

The good news is, we can find our way back.

True healing isn’t just about being symptom-free. It’s about having the energy, clarity, emotional stability, and inner trust to live fully and walk in alignment with what you feel called to do. When we create the right environment, the body has an incredible ability to heal itself.

But that process requires a shift.

Instead of fighting our symptoms or trying to silence them, we begin to listen. Symptoms are not the enemy—they are messages. When we learn to understand them, we begin to access the body’s innate wisdom.

I believe each of us has the capacity to be our own healer. We all have the responsibility—and the privilege—of stewarding our health. But when we’re out of balance, it can be difficult to hear what our body is telling us. That’s where I come in.

My role is to gently guide you back into connection with your body.

Together, we’ll learn to decode what your body is communicating, uncover root causes, and create space for true healing. Just as important, you’ll be seen and supported—without judgment—through the process.

This kind of self-understanding doesn’t just bring relief.
It brings lasting balance, confidence, and freedom.

And once you have it—it’s yours for life.
