Hi, I'm Amy — registered nurse, functional health practitioner, and the person who's going to help you finally connect the dots.
I spent 25 years in Labor & Delivery, and that bedside experience taught me something that no textbook could: the warning signs are almost always there before the crisis arrives. You just need someone paying close enough attention to see them — and willing to say something out loud.
That conviction is what eventually led me out of the delivery room and into the world of functional and metabolic health. After two and a half decades of watching women get a six-week clearance and a pat on the back, I knew there was a better way to support the female body across its full lifespan — not just in the acute moments, but in all the quiet years in between. When cardiac disease hit close to home, that conviction deepened into something I couldn't set aside.
Today I work with women navigating perimenopause, metabolic dysfunction, stubborn weight, hormonal chaos, and cardiovascular risk — the ones who are doing everything right and still feel like they're losing ground. I bring together advanced lab interpretation, lifestyle and nutritional coaching, IV micronutrient therapy, and physician-supervised peptide programs to build a whole-picture approach that actually accounts for your history, your hormones, your gut, your stress load, and how all of those things have been talking to each other for years.
Underneath everything I do lives the same philosophy: RESTORE. Not a quick fix. Not a protocol handed to you in a folder. A genuine, root-cause approach to helping your body do what it was actually designed to do.
I'm also a Board-Certified Functional Nurse Health Coach through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP), the founder of Hearts in Motion — a community cardiac health and education program — and someone who will always point you back to your own data first, because you deserve to be the expert on your own body.
