We are a new practice dedicated to providing personalized functional medicine health coaching to our community. Our team is led by a registered nurse and health coach, who is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellness. As a small, boutique practice, we're currently a one-women-team, but we're eager to grow and expand our services as we serve more clients. We look forward to building a team of like-minded professionals who share our commitment to holistic health and wellness.

Hi, I’m Amy—a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in women’s health and a deep passion for uncovering the why behind your symptoms.
For decades, I served in one of the most high-stakes environments in healthcare: Labor & Delivery. There, I became the nurse physicians trusted to be their eyes and ears at the bedside. They relied on my clinical judgment to recognize when things were progressing normally—and when it was time to act. If I called, they knew it mattered.
I bring that same level of attentiveness, intuition, and trust to my work as a Functional Nurse Health Coach. My clients know they’re in capable hands—not just because of what I’ve studied, but because of how I listen, track patterns, and respond with calm clarity.
Today, I combine my clinical background with functional tools to help you get to the root of fatigue, hormone imbalance, weight gain, inflammation, and more. Through labs, lifestyle strategies, and mindset support, I help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and create sustainable, personalized change.
